Parks – Commercial Services Doug’s expertise is in Agricultural, Commercial, and Litigation. He holds two degrees in Agriculture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.     Shannon A. Scheder – Residential Services Shannon leverages her extensive background in finance and marketing as she heads the firm's operations, and oversees the residential and litigation departments.
